📝Description:

Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) under Kolkata City NUHM Society has released an official notification for the recruitment of 139 Staff Nurse posts on a contractual basis. Eligible candidates with GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualifications can apply online from 26 November 2025 to 12 December 2025. Candidates must be a permanent resident of West Bengal and have registration under the West Bengal Nursing Council.

🎓Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification

• GNM training or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized Institute / University
• Must be registered under West Bengal Nursing Council (WBNC)
• Must be proficient in local languages

Age Limit (as on 01.01.2025):

• Maximum Age: 40 years
• Relaxations applicable as per government rules

Residential Requirement:

• Applicant must be a permanent resident of West Bengal

💰KMC Staff Nurse Salary:

• ₹25,000 per month (Consolidated)
• Contractual engagement under NUHM Society
