🔹 Educational Qualifications:

Assistant Manager (HR&A)

• Graduate in any discipline
• Plus MBA / MHRM / MPM / PG Diploma with specialization in Personnel Management or HRM

Assistant Manager (F&A)

• Graduate in any discipline
• Plus CA / CMA Final Pass
  OR
• MBA (Finance)

Junior Engineer (Electrical)

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering
  (Approved by AICTE / State Council)

🔹 Pay Scale:

• Assistant Manager (HR&A/F&A): ₹56,100 – ₹1,60,500 (Level 08, Pay Matrix)
• Junior Engineer (Electrical): ₹36,600 – ₹1,06,700 (Level 06, Pay Matrix)

🔹 Selection Process:

The selection will be conducted in two stages:

1. Computer Based Test (CBT)
   • Objective type (Multiple Choice Questions)
2. Personal Interview

👉 A Medical Examination will be conducted before the final selection.
